Train to perform

Athletes who attend more than one ski session at Préski can expect to make great progress in their technique. The use of cones, snowshoes, poles, spotlights, and balls allows us to develop the athletes' technique in a way that creates benchmarks and new motor patterns that are more efficient than those used previously.

We start by working on posture, positioning and balance. Once solid, we can further develop the skier's motion and technique. The use of the joints (ankles, knees, hip) in the right way at the right time is highlighted.

School Package at Préski: Learn to ski while having fun!

Celebrate an anniversary

Looking for a memorable activity for your child's birthday? Come ski indoors at Préski! Whether for novice or expert skiers, our coaches adapt the ski session for everyone! The birthday package allows a group of 8 people to ski, have fun, laugh and slide for 1 hour on the simulators, in addition to continuing the party in a private room after the activity. Our facilities are equipped to accommodate friends and family!

The birthday party package includes:

booking the simulator for a duration of one hour,
supervision of the ski session by a coach,
booking the private room for the hour following the activity on the simulator,
time to install decorations if needed.

Building connections at work

The Team Building package highlights simulator skiing. Reserve one or two simulators for your company and take part in a fun activity where everyone benefits! Préski organizes everything! Booking the “Team Building” package gives you access to the simulator(s) for 1 hour and all ski equipment is included! All you have to do is arrive with sports pants. Préski coaches will adapt to the level of the participants. Each participant must go through the adaptation phase, and then will be able to move around freely and take on challenges on the simulator! Teamwork, surpassing oneself and physical activity are in the spotlight. The package is offered for teams of 2 to 8 people. For larger groups, the purchase of a second “Team Building” package is recommended. The package is $300 and includes boots, helmets, skis, simulator reservation for the duration of the event and the coach who will lead the session.

Learn skiing

how it works

Be prepared to enjoy your ski session!

minimum age/height

Children must be at least 6 years old with a minimum height of 110cm (3'7'').

boots and helmet

It is possible to bring your ski boots and your helmet (ski or bike). You can also rent for $5 per item

reservation

Reservations are strongly suggested. The easiest way is to reserve your time slot online. You can also call us.

skis

Skis are included in each reservation for all participants. It is not possible to bring your own skis.

dress code

Sports pants or leggings are strongly recommended to avoid scratches. Jeans and shorts should be avoided.

Préski is located inside the Fleur de Lys shopping center in Quebec City, entrance 2.

Private / Public session

Public sessions : Other groups can join you on the simulator.

Private sessions : Only you and your group can be on the simulator during your reservation.

It's a huge treadmill that allows you to make turns with real skis. The surface is a synthetic carpet to which we add a little water for gliding. The speed and inclinaison are adjustable, making it suitable for all levels!
