Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Modifications: Refunds will be allowed for sessions canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Reservations can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or modifications made on the same day may result in a full charge for the session. Early Arrival: It is essential to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your session. This will allow us to start on time and provide you with quality service. If you arrive late, the duration of your session will be shortened and cannot be extended.
