Why start on a simulator?
The simulator allows you to repeat the movements in a controlled environment, without ski lifts and without having to descend a full slope.
Your coach stays close to you to give explanations, observe your movements and suggest adjustments as needed.
This approach allows you to:

How to prepare
Wear comfortable sportswear that allows you to move freely. Since the activity takes place indoors, you don't need to dress as if you were going to the mountains.
